Forklifts

When comparing forklifts, start with rated capacity and its load centre, then mast heights: maximum fork height, lowered height and free lift. Operating or service weight, overall width and length to fork face, turning radius and ground clearance matter for aisle and dock work. Power type (electric, LPG, diesel) and tyre type (cushion or pneumatic) affect where the truck is suited, along with travel and lift speeds.
